Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event of an item being faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Customer Services Team on 01305 261829 or email We will replace the item where possible or offer a full refund.
We will refund any original postage on a faulty item and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
No claims or returns allowed without prior authorization.
No claims allowed once a fabric has been cut.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01305261829 or email and they will arrange for the correct item to be posted to you. Please return the incorrect item to –

We will refund postage costs on the basis that the item/s has been sent via First/Second Class Royal Mail.

Refund Process

Once you have received an email to confirm your parcel has been received by us, we will process the refund within 2-5 working days. Please note that this can sometimes take longer to appear in your bank account.
